San
Francisco Nonprofit FACTS:
A Presentation and Panel Discussion
of Research Findings
September 11, 2008
Fromm Hall, University of San Francisco
The Institute is engaged in a study of strengths, challenges, and
diversity of San Francisco’s nonprofit sector. We expect to
publish our final results as a Regional
Report by the end of 2008. In the meantime, the preliminary
results from a recent survey of 1000 San Francisco nonprofits and
from an analysis of official data on the nonprofit sector have already
produced thought provoking results. These results were presented
by Dr. Carol Silverman and discussed by a panel of distinguished
nonprofit, foundation, and public sector leaders including:
Jeanne Bell
Chief Executive Officer
CompassPoint Nonprofit Services |
Adrienne Pon
Chief Executive Officer
San Francisco Mayor's Office of Community Investment |
|
